TWO BAYS 2007 - CORAL BLEACHING 2006 - PELICAN EXPEDITIONS HOME

ITINERARY - WESTERN PORT - RESEARCH DOCUMENTS - TWO BAYS FORUM - GALLERY

Our Two Bays are unique living environments – a healthy future for the bays depends on us all working together now.

Port Phillip and Western Port support a range of important ecosystems and habitats, a diversity of animals and plants, and provide many benefits to Victorians including commercial and recreational activities. The future health of our bays is dependant on the way in which we use, manage, and meet the challenges of our catchments.

Two Bays 2007 is a marine science and community engagement program designed to improve understanding and promote awareness of the links between human activity in the catchment and the health of the bays.

WHERE: The Two Bays Program 2007 comprised:

  • Launch at Docklands – 2nd December
  • 4th – 12th December – Two Bays in Western Port
  • 12th – 21st December – Two Bays in Port Phillip
